BENEFITS AND USES:

This medication reduces the thickness of the phlegm so it can be coughed up more easily. Acetylcysteine may be used to treat other conditions as decided by your doctor.

DIRECTIONS:

Take this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the label. Do not take more or less than instructed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Take it together with food or immediately after a meal. Try to take it at the same time each day.

Dissolve it in a glass of water and drink it immediately, do not swallow the effervescent tablet whole.
