INGREDIENTS
Sea water, purified water.
DIRECTIONS
- Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
- Insert the nozzle into the nostril.
- Press briefly for daily hygiene and for a few seconds to irrigate. Let any excess solution run out then blow your nose.
- Repeat the operation in the other nostril.
- Clean the nostril with soapy water, rinse and dry.
Use 2 to 6 times a day in each nostril as required or as needed.
